We are interested in the following types of investment opportunities
We are the ideal investor/acquiror for entrepreneurial operators looking for successor ownership, management teams interested in buying out non-active shareholders, or start-up teams seeking early-stage growth capital. We are open to numerous types of transaction structures and ownership arrangements. Further, we are flexible as to how our capital is invested and in what type of security. We will consider both minority and majority control transactions.

For Start-Ups: Companies that have a runway to at least $10 million in revenues within 2-3 years. For Established Companies: minimum revenues of $10 million and pre-tax profit of $1 million

ERIC MENKE
Partner
Prior to founding Growth Capital Management, Mr. Menke was one of the founding partners of Champlain Capital, a successful $140 million private equity fund focused on making private equity and growth capital investments in companies in the middle-market. In that role, Mr. Menke made numerous investments in the industrial, consumer products, and retail services sectors. Prior to Champlain, Mr. Menke founded Menke Equity Partners, a firm dedicated to sourcing, structuring and financing middle-market buyout transactions. Before forming Menke Equity Partners, Mr. Menke was an officer and board member of MBR Capital, the General Partner of MBR Investment Associates, a leveraged buyout fund in which he was responsible for sourcing, structuring and consummating acquisitions on behalf of the partnership. Prior to that, Mr. Menke served with the investment banking firm of Kidder, Peabody & Company. There he was an advisor to senior management teams of companies regarding ESOP buyouts, and tax-related financing strategies. Mr. Menke has served on numerous boards of companies ranging both above and below $100 million in revenues. Mr. Menke received his B.A., cum laude, from the University of Southern California, and his M.B.A. from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
